Bharathidasan University (BDU), established in 1982, is a public state university located in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, named after the revolutionary Tamil poet Bharathidasan. The application processing charges are INR 250 for the SC, ST and SC-A, and for others, it is INR 500. However, the admission processing charges under the Bharathidasan University Distance Education are INR 250 for UG and INR 400 for PG programmes, respectively. For MBA & MCA, it’s INR 500

With a campus of 500-acre, the Bharathidasan University is located at Palkalaiperur, Tiruchirappalli.
